Have you ever been in traffic and you noticed a problem with a car ahead of you and you want to let the owner know but you couldn't? Wouldn't you want to be notified if your car has problems?
The idea is to build an iOS and Android app that lets people in nearby cars send messages to each other.
The mobile app will be voice-activated to ensure safety while driving. When you notice a problem such as left brake light not working, you can issue a voice command to the app to search for a car nearby that matches the license plate. If the owner of the car associated with the license plate also registered with the app, he/she can receive a message from you.
